Do you live in fear of sewing patterns? Is it like trying to read a foreign language? Never fear. After completing this course you will go from pattern panic to pattern pro!
Pattern Reading Pro will teach you how to decipher the front and back of a pattern envelope, take your measurements and use them to chose the correct pattern size. You will also learn how to choose the correct amount of fabric and have all the notions and elements you will need to finish your project. You will then learn how to lay out your fabric for cutting and get a general overview of common symbols and pattern instructions you will encounter in most sewing patterns.
Once you've completed this course, you will able to apply what you've learned to any sewing pattern!

Hi! I'm Miss Retro Rachael. I've been sewing for about 8 years after I accidentally drunk ordered a sewing machine on Amazon! (Friends don't let friends drink and Prime...) I love vintage style clothing but teach modern sewing techniques that create a better, faster, sewing experience. I believe in sewing smarter, not harder.
